1. Once the Promoters receive a valid completed entry from any applicant aged 18 or over based in the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), they will be automatically entered into this prize draw (“Teachers’ Club x TTS Giveaway”).
2. By entering the Teachers’ Club x TTS Giveaway, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
3. The Teachers’ Club x TTS Giveaway is not open to the employees of RM plc and its subsidiaries, including RM Educational Resources, trading as TTS, nor their families or agents or the Promoter or anyone connected with them or with the administration of the TTS Talking 100k podcast downloads giveaway.
4. The Teachers’ Club x TTS Giveaway will run from 6pm on Monday 11th December 2023 until 6pm on Friday 23rd December 2023. Only those qualifying entries received during this period shall be entered into the daily giveaways. The Promoters’ decision as to whether an entry received was valid during this period shall be final.
5. The winner will be selected by the official STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club Facebook page and notified via social media directly during the next working day after their entry. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified by STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within fourteen (14) days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club shall be entitled to select another winner.
6. The prizes will be posted in January 2024, following confirmation of delivery address from the winners.
7. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
8. The prizes include Bee-Bot (x2 available), Blue-Bot (x2 available), Rugged Robot (x3 available), Loti-Bot (x3 available), Oti-Bot (x2 available) and a selection of STAEDTLER stationery. The winners may be featured on the Promoters’ website, blogs and social channels and may also be featured on RM Educational Resources Limited’s (trading as TTS) website, blogs and social channels.
9. The content of the prize bundle may vary at the Promoter’s discretion but shall remain of equivalent or greater value. There is no cash alternative available, the prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
10. Nothing in this Agreement excludes the Promoters’ liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters shall not be liable whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty howsoever arising), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent) or otherwise for:
11. Subject to Clause 12, and in so far permitted by appliance law, Promoters exclude all responsibility for any liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the prize details beyond their control, including any act or default of any third-party supplier.
12. RM Educational Resources Ltd and/or STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Teachers’ Club x TTS Giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (such as, without limitation, a force majeure event) or in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud. RM Educational Resources Ltd’s decision in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
